Client Challenge

As one of Sheffield’s leading independent estate agents, Haus had outgrown their previous premises and required a strategic relocation to West Bar House. The challenge was to create an exciting new workspace that balanced a high-functioning office with a welcoming, residential-style environment.

The brief demanded a design that avoided the clinical feel of traditional offices, instead opting for a brand centric, hospitality led environment that could accommodate client consultations, collaborative team sessions and high street visibility.

The relocation also required delivery within a tight programme to avoid disruption to day-to-day operations.

Our Solution

We delivered a 6-week turnkey fit out, creating a residential/office hybrid that brings the Haus brand to life, managing design and delivery as a single accountable team

Design: Developed a bespoke interior concept incorporating the vibrant Haus brand colours into a residential-style aesthetic, featuring soft seating, domestic style lighting and warm textures.

Build: Transformed the 2,400 sq ft shell through full fit out and reconfiguration, creating a cohesive flow of open plan workspaces, private client meeting zones and inviting waiting areas.

Technical: Integrated high-spec connectivity to support a fast-paced, client-facing property environment, ensuring seamless transitions between desk based work and client facing presentations.

Project Management: Managed the full relocation within a 6-week programme, ensuring continuity of operations with no interruption to service.
