As an award-winning digital agency, Evoluted faced the challenge of encouraging a team accustomed to remote working to re-engage with the office environment. The brief was to transform their 3,500 sq ft Lambert Street space into a destination office - a destination office that offered clear value beyond home working.

The client required a design that supported a hybrid work culture, featuring a variety of specialised zones for different tasks, all while deeply embedding the Evoluted brand identity and color palette into the physical fabric of the building.

The project also required delivery within a compressed programme to support a planned return-to-office launch.

We delivered a 4-week turnkey fit out focused on choice, comfort and community.

Design: Developed a zoned layout designed to support different working styles. We moved away from uniform desk rows to create distinct environments: high energy collaborative areas, focused work zones and social hubs that reflect the agency’s vibrant culture.

Build: A rapid transformation of the floor plate, utilising brand colours old and modern textures to create a cohesive, branded journey throughout the office.

Technical: Enhanced the space with seamless plug-and-play technology infrastructure, ensuring that moving between zones is frictionless for a digital native team.

Project Management: Completed the full redesign and fit out in just 4 weeks, ensuring the return-to-office launch was delivered on programme
